Custom Printed Products:
Since all items are custom printed upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or customer errors. We strongly advise reviewing your order thoroughly before finalizing it.
Manufacturer Defects:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a defect from the manufacturer, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate a return or refund, we will need:
- Photo evidence of the defect
- Order number
- Full name and address
Refund Process:
After receiving your return request and verifying the defect, we will assess the information provided and communicate a resolution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
